I build things: Mostly software, occasionally trouble.

Full-stack by trade, geek by nature.

I write digital solutions for a living, enjoy D&D too much, and have a bad habit of turning hobby ideas into actual applications. If there's a problem worth solving, I'll probably build something for it.

About Me

I came to Australia from Chile a few years back and somehow ended up in Brisbane writing software for a biotech company — which was not the plan, but here we are and I love it.

By day I'm a full-stack developer owning a suite of internal products end-to-end. By night I'm either running a D&D session, bouldering, or building one of three side projects I definitely didn't need to start. One of them is this website, which runs on a CMS I built myself because using someone else's felt like cheating.
I like systems, I like games, I like people who say what they actually think. If any of that sounds familiar, we'll probably get along.

What I'm About

Problem Solver

I don't really have an "off" switch. A D&D app, a CRM for a friend in Chile, a CMS for this very site — I build things because I find it genuinely interesting. The job title is developer. The actual condition is a compulsive problem-solver.

Lifelong Geek

Fighting games, tabletop RPGs, video games, interactive experiences — this is who I've always been. Turns out thinking deeply about how systems work is useful in more than one context.

Team Player

I've worked with scientists, sales reps, lawyers and logistics teams. I've learned that most people just want someone who listens properly and doesn't make them feel stupid for not knowing what a foreign key is. I can do that.
